3 fellow mods are in this chat and in “hello Bob”. The recommended DMs at the bottom are any that you and another user are in. I may like Bob, but I don’t like him that much! I assume this is just a glitch.

My guess is that they are somehow both in the mod group and explicitly in the PM. Does look like a glitch.
