I’m trying to get an install up and running, but have hit an issue. One of my new users has reported that you can’t reply to discobot, even after the second message. I, as an admin, have been able to do so, but am not sure why this ability would be restricted for any user.
- The reply button does not show at all
- The user can complete the tutorial by launching a new message thread
- The user is at trust level 1, as the site is in bootstrap mode
- ALL users can send direct messages.
Any and all help is appreciated.
