Я полагаю, что всё работало до недавнего времени, но было, возможно, немного преждевременно заархивировано в рамках излишне рьяной уборки в 2021 году. Кажется, с тех пор в нём просто не было необходимости что-либо обновлять. (по крайней мере, до настоящего момента).
На самом деле, более серьёзная проблема с институциональной точки зрения заключается в том, что кто-то заархивировал документ, но оставил его помеченным как «официальный». (Но я не являюсь частью этого института, поэтому могу ошибаться!)
