Send a message to Trust Level 0 (only) users

Hi! We want to send a very special message to all registered users. We can’t just select Trust Level 0 because we have more than 1000 users, and therefore we hit the limit for sending messages. So we have sent the message to all users with Trust Level 1, which is better than nothing.

Still, how would yo isolate the users with Trust Level 0 only, to send the message to them as well? We have less than 1000.

Just a question before trying that. The list of suers we want to send the message is TL0 only, and the list can be found on /admin/users/list/newuser. Is there a way to send a message to that list, turning it somehow into a group, or…?
