Sentiment table is not displaying

Hi everyone,

I’m relatively new to the platform and this is my first time posting.

I was wondering if anyone else has had any trouble viewing the Sentiment summary table in the analytics dashboard?

This is what I’m seeing…

While experimenting, I had the same problem. Then I noticed there was a config screen for it, which looks… unfinished.

Not sure if this feature is not done yet or what.

From the Discourse AI - Sentiment page I do understand that it might only work if you have a Hugging Face account connected (I don’t).

Hey @Mark07, thanks for the report. We had a bug on that visualization, which we fixed today and updated your site with the fix. Let me know if anything else is amiss.

The sentiment module in Discourse AI requires some models for sentiment and emotion classification. This comes pre-configured for customers in our hosting and works out of the box.

People self-hosting Discourse who want to use this feature will need to run those AI models and configure it in that screen for it to work.

That is documented at Self-Hosting Sentiment and Emotion for DiscourseAI.

Hi @Falco

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm that I can see the sentiment data again - it all seems to be fixed. :raised_hands:
