Seo - duplicate content on different website / your opinion?

Hi Guys,

I have a user that post exactly the same content on our website here :


And on his website here -> Projet de loi sur l’insolvabilité : un sauvetage des entreprises ? – Euro Accounting

1 - Is it bad for SEO ?
2 - how would you moderate this ? would you delete the post ? allow it ? what is the best approach ?

In the context of that one page it’s not good for SEO, but it won’t mortally wound the ranking of your site overall.

In an ideal world the repost would refer to the canonical source, which is achievable when sites are integrated by wp-discourse. Manual reposting doesn’t have any equivalent however.
