as per subject: it looks like the ‘Latest’ column in the /categories page only lists topics from the category but not from any of the subcategories.
In my case I’ve got a few cases where the category has no topics while its subcategories do but by looking at /categories it seems there are no post at all.
I guess just a nice to have
I think its a bit more than a nice to have, in some places this looks really bad.
The tricky thing though is that we would be mixing categories in that list so may want to display the subcategory name.
@neil is there a simple change you could put in place to pull from category and all sub categories for the topics selected in /categories.
I’m seeing subcategories included on the /categories page. It’s hard to tell because there are no badges, but the topics are there.
There’s definitely a problem. We’re looking into it.
thanks neil, they weren’t with ‘latest-release’ but I’ve upgraded to master since then and you are right, the topics from the subcategories are there now
