Show subscription status on tag overview and make it editable

I would like to offer users the ability to view their individual subscription status on the overview of tags (/tag).

In addition, the subscriptions could be made editable on the same page.

(An option to bulk edit category subscriptions would also be nice)

Agreed. I can find this via the Data Explorer[1], of course, but I don’t know how to find this any other way.
