Should I run the rebuild or bootstrap command?
Rebuild process finished successfully. Should I write port information to Nginx settings file? I am trying to host two Discourse sites on this virtual server.

One way to do that is also Using Nginx Proxy Manager to manage multiple sites with Discourse.

I zipped the /var/discourse directory. I uploaded this folder.
I was able to publish the sites based on the first link you sent.
