Slack: '/discourse watch all' doesn't seem to work

I’m trying to setup the chat integration plugin to watch and post about any topic to a channel. I’ve got it working before but I’m trying to set it up on a new channel, and no luck yet

As far as I understood I should be able to do this:

/discourse watch all

but it returns:

The  **all**  category cannot be found. Available categories:  **announcements, uncategorized, ...**

/discourse watch

As you found, putting all doesn’t work because it tries to find a category named all

which makes sense giving the syntax in help:

New rule: /discourse [watch|follow|mute] [category] [tag:name]
(you must specify a rule type and at least one category or tag)

You’re right. In that case, I’m not sure it’s possible to ‘watch all’ using slash commands. You should be able to do it from the Discourse admin panel
