Subcategories on top of category view

Below is a topic that shows a settings, but when I search for this in my settings, I cannot find it.

I see it’s enabled on this Discourse forum, so it must be there somewhere. Can someone help me out?

I want to enable something that’s visible here:

Aaahhh, found it. It’s not in the main settings, but you can configure this per category only.
