Subcategory List Style; Local to Mobile and Desktop, rather than Global

Continuing the discussion from Mobile Category List Adjustments:

I think it would be useful to extend from the above theme component, from categories into sub-categories.

This is because, on mobile site, a category with many sub-categories, especially with boxes subcategory list style, the user has to scroll down to use the topic list.

Therefore, i think it would be useful to be able to achieve the following;

  • the boxes with featured topics, subcategory list style, assigned for desktop
  • the rows with featured topics subcategory list style, assigned for mobiles
