On https://meta.discourse.org/tags, there are some tags that seem used, for example:
swag x 2
or
csreachout x 1
that lead to empty topic lists:
Is that a bug or are some tag stats aren’t updated yet (waiting for a Sidekiq job or something)?

I believe tags is leaking the existence of topics from private categories.

Yes, it looks like tag topic counts are indeed visible when they shouldn’t be. Let’s slide this over to bug
