On https://meta.discourse.org/tags, there are some tags that seem used, for example:
swag x 2
or
csreachout x 1
that lead to empty topic lists:
Is that a bug or are some tag stats aren’t updated yet (waiting for a Sidekiq job or something)?

I believe tags is leaking the existence of topics from private categories.

Yes, it looks like tag topic counts are indeed visible when they shouldn’t be. Let’s slide this over to #bug
