I’ve just got to share how impressed I am with the mods and engineers (and by extension, the rest of the team) here at Discourse! Quick responses, kind people, impressively clear communication–this has built a lot of trust for me as a customer and community member.
This encouragement and best practice modeling has helped me gain confidence in my role as community manager for an active technical support forum. Honestly there have been times where I’ve been afraid to post on the forum I manage, how silly! But receiving help here has made forums as a whole, both mine and others, approachable.
