Hi folks. Just looking at the Time to 1st response report and it says there’s a topic with a very late response time, but the report only gives me numbers.
How do I find that specific topic?
You could either go to https://your.forum/t/-/NUMBERHERE, or add as topic_id to wherever your SQL query selects the topic id, which will cause it to become a link to that topic automatically.

What if I don’t have SQL? I’m just using the reports from the admin section.
I don’t think that report reports on individual topics, right? Doesn’t it just list dates?

The only 1st respond report I’m aware of shows per day average time (in 1/100 when it should show hh:mm because 2.78 just looks bad 
)

Yeah, just dates and times.
Knowing the tfr is kind of pointless if I can’t find the thread and figure out how to improve.
I wonder if you could somehow filter topics by date created, then you could find the topics that are slow response times based off of that.
