Yes, the last A Record is the droplet IP. Both in Hostname and Value.
I think the top one is more how I would expect it to look like (if the domain you entered into the discourse setup is bidsturf.com)
Clicking on the site link you shared does look like something weird is going on when it’s finding where to land.
I think it’s worth simplifying this just to test and leaving only that top A record in place and removing the other three.

Alright, it works. I rebuilt it 2 days after updating DNS records and it seems to work now. Thanks for your help.

Have a new issue, when I try to sign up nothing happens when clicking Register, for registering an Admin account. How do I resolve this issue?

Yes, but when I click “Register” the page does like a quick refresh and does nothing.
