As discussed in other topics here, adding tags is something that often needs to be done by experienced users rather than the people posting questions.
Which is fine - however this tends to get done in batches, every few days - expecting mods to do it continuously is not really an option.
Then the issue is that all the updated topics get pushed back up to the top of the feed, pushing newer topics down where they will not get the attention they deserve.
