Use the first entry in `discourse reactions enabled reactions` as icon for reactions

Consider using the first icon defined in the site setting discourse_reactions_enabled_reactions as the UI element / button.

This could, to my understanding, make the option discourse_reactions_like icon obsolete and the configuration more consistent.

I think that some of the emojis you can add to the available Reactions won’t necessarily have a corresponding fontawesome icon (eg. confetti-ball), so this may not be possible?
