User info pop-up disappears

I think the latest update broke our user info pop-up. If you click on someone’s username in a topic, the pop-up flashes for a second, looks as if the info is loading, then it disappears. This is with Firefox 113.0.2 on my Macbook Pro, but we have reports it’s happening on other devices and browsers. Here’s what’s showing in the browser console after I click on someone’s username:

Any ideas as to what might be causing it?

have you tried safe mode yet? because i don’t see that happening on Meta or my forum.

that error looks like it’s coming from a script of a theme or component.

Thanks. Disabling themes and theme components fixes it. We’ll take a closer look.
