User Mention Notifications

Hi everyone, I want to ask some questions related to User Mention Notifications.

  1. Is there a way to tell the difference between mentions in posts and in PM?
  2. How to check it in the notifications endpoint (notifications.json)? I guess it points at the same type (:mentioned / 1).
