When a post is moved from a private topic to a public topic, the public topic is not bumped up is the «Latest» topics list.

@gerhard is all of this working as expected now?

Yes, I think so. Posts from a PM can’t be moved into a topic and moving a post from a topic within a private category into a topic within a public category works as expected.
