Where are the pinned topics?

I noticed the globally pinned Welcome to meta.discourse.org does not appear at the top of /latest anymore.

I first thought that I maybe accidentally unpinned it, but it’s still pinned

and I also checked whether it’s pinned for visitors and couldn’t find it there either

I also tried safe mode, which didn’t change anything. At try.discourse.org the welcome topic is still at the top of /latest.

Then I noticed that other pinned topics like Discourse GitHub commit prefix convention also no longer appear at the top of their category. But About the Dev category is still at the top of Dev

Do you have the mark automatically unpinned function for you, then the pinned topic will disappear only for you. Maybe check a topic directly if it has the “unpinned for you” on the bottom. (however, not sure if that applies to global pins, hm)

And when I am not logged in, the topic should also appear at the top. Visitors cannot unpin topics

Today the “Welcome to Meta” topic appeared as a pinned topic for me. And it didn’t unpin automatically when I reached the bottom. So I manually changed it.
