Hi all, I’m not sure if there is a setting I need to enable or what, but I don’t think I have found it yet.
My colleagues would like their reply to be directly under the post they’re responding to. Is there a way to make that happen?

No. Posts are displayed in the order that they are posted.
This is off-putting at first, but it is clear to which post a post is a reply to is made clear with indicators like
And
In the case of the latter, you can click, the “2 replies” link to have the replies displayed immediately under the post as you desire.
