We’re getting into automations now. Specifically, I’m starting to send reports to groups in my company. I’m starting to wish for a smoother UI:

I’ll be sending the same report to multiple groups, customized for that group. I’d like to have a starting point of duplicating an already-configured report so all I have to do is change the report name, email and report parameter

If I want to save state in the UI while I’m creating a report - let’s say I want to enable it so I get the ‘Trigger Now’ button for testing -
Update automation
kicks me out of editing the automation and I have to click back into it before I can continue
Another use case is that I’m adding the key/value parameter pairs to the report. Saving that dialog kicks me out of editing the automation -
From the automation give me an easy option to get to the report its running. The use case here is
- double-checking which report it is
- needing to review the parameter options/values to add or change
- run a quick check of what the report is currently showing without having to run the automation (and potentially spam people you didn’t want to disturb)
