In our Discourse website(Public Site) some of the moderators are unable to login. When we analyzed this issue, we were able to identify the error message which said: the ip address is blocked from being accessed. On further analysis, Discourse has out of box functionality, which runs background jobs that identifies banned ip addresses from the same subnet and if it reaches the threshold, it bans the entire subnet. Discourse, Cloudflare and IP Bans

There’s a variety of Discourse/Cloudflare topics about but I can’t find any specific to my issue. We get spam account or users that need to be IP banned occasionally, but then this blocks other users given the IPs are being shared on account of the site running through Cloudflare. Is there a recommended way to either: Pass through the correct IP address for each user? Or to find the IP’s being banned and whitelist them?
