Could you send the link to this customization? I suspect it’s not a plugin but a component.

On our hosting, you only get the plugins that you can see on the /admin/plugins installed plugins list in your site’s admin interface.
You can however install theme components on the business plan. Instructions for installing them are provided on the component pages here on meta.
When you say “Category Style plugin” what do you mean? Can you link to the topic for it here on meta?
