After update, Discourse is in English although default_locale seems et to French

I just updated Discourse (for the first time! yay me!) and it seems to have worked :crossed_fingers: except that the interface is now English instead of French. Am I missing something? Here it is: https://discourse.diabetefelin.com

This looks like French.

Which language is selected in your interface preferences?

yes it is in french. in fact i tried to walk through the sign up and was going to post screenshots of it all so you could see that it was all in french, but unfortunately you’re doing this facebook requirement thing?

anyways. not to worry. using a test user or incognito mode would have verified that it was in french

Oh. Eeps. It was English for me when I posted… and still is :-/
And of course I’m not certain it wasn’t already before (broken brain again this last month).
So probably it’s my user. Will post if I figure more out.

Oh, sorry about that, we’re still very much in draft mode, the foundations of the house aren’t even really in place! (Why the Facebook thing: because we’ll be starting out by migrating existing community members, see Migrating from Facebook: specific challenges, and some thoughts for context).
Thanks for checking it out!

Ah well, there we go.
My brain apologises and will go and rest a bit more before creating extra problems!
