After update, Discourse is in English although default_locale seems et to French

I just updated Discourse (for the first time! yay me!) and it seems to have worked except that the interface is now English instead of French. Am I missing something? Here it is: https://discourse.diabetefelin.com

yes it is in french. in fact i tried to walk through the sign up and was going to post screenshots of it all so you could see that it was all in french, but unfortunately you’re doing this facebook requirement thing?

anyways. not to worry. using a test user or incognito mode would have verified that it was in french
