We’re using scoped API keys for direct email delivery and are currently implementing the fast rejection interface.

However, it turns out that the admin/email#smtp_should_reject route is not included in the email.receive emails API scope.

Is this on purpose or is this an oversight?

I thinks it is a minor oversight? @Roman ? I think you added this scope.
