Assigning tags to old topics

Please can the additional tags listed below be assigned to these old topics that I created. Is this the right place to request this kind of change? If not, please point me in the right direction.

Are there site / trust level settings that determine how long before tags can no longer be assigned/unassigned to topics? If so please can you let me know what the names and values assigned to these settings are.

Add: review-queue, moderation

Suggestion: Add ability on the review page to assign a queued topic to one or more moderators

Also add an ‘Assigned to’ field in the right hand sidebar on the review page to filter by.

Suggestion: Add comments/notes for moderator reference to posts queued on the review page

On the Review page, add an ‘Add Note’ button (possibly after the ‘Delete User…’ button) below the individual posts, for moderators to add comments/notes to individual queued posts for future reference for themselves and other moderators. The note(s) could possibly be displayed above the buttons: Approve Post etc. and include the date, time and author of the note. This could be used when there has been activity outside of Discourse related to the post i.e. ‘emailed x to ask for their opinion’, …

Add: sidebar

More dropdown in menu sidebar - indicate more clearly when it's expanded?

Would it be more user friendly if when ‘More’ has been clicked and the contents under ‘More’ have been displayed arrow icons were added to make it clearer? Something along the lines of: More > (when collapsed) More V (when expanded) (in keeping with the arrows used on the Communities, Categories, Tags etc. sections) [NavigationMoreLess] Thanks.

Suggestion to make it clearer that discarding an edited post discards the draft, not the original post

Steps to recreate: Create post, edit draft. Select ‘Close’ rather than ‘Save Edit’. The ‘What would you like to do with your post?’ dialog box is displayed. Would ‘What would you like to do with this draft?’ and the text on the ‘Discard’ button, being changed to ‘Discard draft’ be clearer in this instance? I always catch myself doing a double take at this

You can edit them as long as you are allowed to edit the post. Furthermore, the groups specified in the edit all topic groups site setting are allowed to edit title, category, and tags of topics.

Thank you @Moin, how long are users able to edit posts for? Are there settings for that?
