Users are still not being forced to use at least one tag from the defined tag group when posting new topics within a specific category. These tags should still be available for use in other categories. Here is category setup we are attempting to enforce:

I ran a couple of tests and still cannot manage to enforce tagging by Category.
This functionality will help us a lot in a particular use case we are heading towards.
My current settings are:
Please, let me know if I’m missing something or some setting.
It would also be very helpful to have a more granular setting for Number of Tags per Tag Group.

But here it is.
I don’t know what happened… I started all over again.
I created a new set of tags, several tag groups, and rules.
And now it works as expected with the nice red warning…

OK, désolé, je testais depuis un compte administrateur 
Notez que la « validation minimale des balises » sur une catégorie ne se produira pas si : les balises sont désactivées globalement, l’utilisateur est un membre du personnel, l’utilisateur n’a pas le niveau de confiance suffisant pour utiliser/ajouter des balises.
