Summary
As a hosted site customer, your site’s email comes from a domain controlled by CDCK and may occasionally be marked as spam.
This article will show you how to prevent this by allowlisting these emails in your Google Workspace admin interface.
Afterwards, emails from your hosted site will be delivered to mailboxes within your Google Workspace without being caught by the spam filter.

This is your Hosted Site name (the same as the first component of your CNAME target):

Procedure
Add an Address List

From the Google Admin Panel, navigate to:
Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Routing → Manage Address Lists -
Click Add Address List:

Set an appropriate name (this is for your reference) and add the following email addresses:
=HOSTEDSITE=.discoursemail.com

Save the new Address List

From the Google Admin Panel, navigate to:
Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Spam, Phishing, and Malware -
Under Spam, select Configure or Add Another Rule:
- set an appropriate name (this is for your reference)
- uncheck “Bypass spam filters for messages received from internal senders”
- click Use existing list and select the list created above:
- click Save:
