Can we add a custom Form to create a ticket from?

We are using Discourse on the self-hosted server to provide support.

Can we add a custom Form to create a ticket from the discourse that will be integrated with our CRM?

If you are willing to create a support ticket form in Discourse that integrates with your CRM, you can use the Custom Wizard Plugin to build a form that sends data to your CRM via API.

Alternatively, embed an HTML form in a post, using JavaScript to direct submissions to the CRM. You can also set up Discourse webhooks to trigger CRM ticket creation when a new topic or post appears in a designated category. For easier automation, tools like Zapier or Make can link Discourse with your CRM. Be sure to test thoroughly to confirm tickets are created smoothly.

That sounds custom to me. What is the CRM? If you have budget might be worth considering Marketplace?

I used Custom Wizard Plugin and it works for me.
