Category change pencil not showing edit

Hello,
I just changed a category and refreshed the page and could not see edit. So I refreshed again but still nothing. it shows like this:

I had to close tab and re-open for it to show

This is not the first time it has happened.

The Edit button should appear at the bottom of the edited post, not at the top.

I mean the category change on a topic does not show the category change I did. See first image compared to the second image.

Okay, I see the change now - from dev to support. Do the changes always take hold but are “slow” in doing so at times?

They always appear after refreshing lots of times.
