Changing topic category in bulk actions doesn't update page properly

Topic was moved, but to see changes, I have to refresh page in browser.

I can confirm that I’ve see the browser force-refresh recently… I do remember it taking some time to kick in. I felt like I had to specifically wait for it after renaming a category.

This is in bulk actions though, @eviltrout would have to check.

Looksl like was a regression here. I’ve got a commit that fixes it:
