Check email of a flagger without a log note

I ran into a little glitch the other day. The system is designed so that if a mod or an admin.checks somebody’s email, a note is left on the staff action log. There is a systematic way to circumvent that, though, when they flag a post.

You just click their avatar on the active flags listing (/admin/flags/active). You are taken to their admin/users page, where their email is visible instead of being hidden like it is when you enter the same page in a more usual way.

I can’t check if it works that way on Meta or try.discourse.org obviously, but I am quite confident it does. Hence bug instead of support.
