Can you explain what you mean by ‘Reputation’ and ‘Level’. Level = Trust Level? Reputation is based on what? How would it be calculated?

Yes.
Level will be Trust level.
Reputation is calculated upon factors:
1.No. of quality posts.
2.No. of likes received.
3.No of days active.
The actual calculation will be shared in private message. to whoever is ready to take the task ahead.

Can you define “quality posts?” How is that determined vs a regular post?

I created a plugin that calculates scores from the Discourse stats.
Probably I can extended on that to make what you want. I can work on this if it’s going to be open sourced after.
