When desktop notifications are enabled, the “[en.user.desktop_notifications.currently_enabled]” text is missing.

Having looked at https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/config/locales/client.en.yml#L510, seems intentional that there is no value there, perhaps just removing this language completely would be the better option.
