my community likes the events-calendar a lot, but it seems a bit buggy

Recurring mtgs seem to not get locked in, depending on other selections. Yes, I’ve troubleshooted this/workarounds for months

Also, even tho the option clicked to save events (not let them disappear on the calendar), ALMOST all events disappear after they take place. Which sucks

I like plug-in lots, but it’s buggy

Yeah, we’re aware of the shortcomings and the plugin is under active development but I don’t have a timeframe at this stage. If there are specific things that you are struggling with, post more details and we can try and help.

Appreciate the follow-up

  1. Event when recurring events are selected, they do not show up
  2. Past events get erased rather than stay visible (even when option selected)
  3. When an admin creates an event on behalf of someone else (aka impersonate someone), then changes ownership to that person, that person can’t edit the event/have control, or make recurring, etc

+1 from my community on these three issues. Particularly the visibility for future instances of recurring events. I’m sure we used to see all future events in the calendar view but that seems to have recently changed (hosted plan).

Also an upvote for the feature request mentioned elsewhere on the forums to be able to schedule events to repeat on the [nth] Tuesday of the month.
