Forcing a certain category for the newsletter

Lately we’ve been using discourse to publish our OSS project’s CVEs and security announcements.

Is there a clever way to ensure a certain tag hits the user autogenerated newsletters? What I’d love to do is just have the newsletters mail out as normal, but when a post is in a certain category be able to ensure it hits the user newsletters over time.

We have the opposite, where categories won’t be included in the newsletter, but there is no “force include” option at the current time.
