I can't seem to enable the post option buttons

I have the latest version of Discourse running on a server and I can’t get the buttons circled in the below pic to work. What am I missing?

This usually means you have a botched https configuration.

Thank fully it wasn’t something like that. It was the Grammerly for Firefox addon causing havoc. Disabled that and it is all a-ok.
