For my created community, i want that first time member should be able to view posts and all without logging in, but to comment they need to login… how do i do that?

Self-hosted admins can change this behavior by disabling the invite only site setting.
Discourse-hosted customers must have at least the standard plan to be open to everyone.
The basic plan is invite-only.
