More descriptive warning when recategorising a topic into a category with moderator approval

I accidentally moved Set up file and image uploads to S3 to Support from #howto:sysadmin. When I tried to move it back, I get

I got the same error earlier when I tried to re-like a post that I had unliked.

A bit belated, but I think that may be down to that subcategory needing moderator approval of topics. :+1:

Should there be a warning, or should it go into the queue then? I may make a Contribute > Feature for this

A more descriptive message may be warranted in these cases, but there’s no need to create a new Contribute > UX topic for it as we would just use this one. :+1:

A lot of he messages within the app are just these random error messages. I feel like eventually all of these should be made more descriptive

There’s actually an existing Contribute > Bug topic on this. :+1: I’ll close this out in favour of that one as it has some Team responses.
