New Email Unable to Authenticate

Hello Everyone,
I am a admin in a forum here

And after sending in multiple confirmation emails for a new email I want to add to my acount, and waiting for a little over 40 minutes, it just does not seem to be showing up in my inbox.
I can make new accounts with this email, but after making a account, then I went back to my old account, and tried again to confirm my email.
A email popped up showing:

And after using the discource email tester, it does seem that my email can recieve emails:

As you can see, the email does seem to be sending through, it just does not show up on my side.
Any help in solving this peculiar problem would be greatly appreciated.

If you PM team from an admin account associated with your site (or email team at discourse.org from that email), we can track email sent through our system and send you logs.

The quickest information to send is queue IDs from the Sent email page of your admin section.

Can you further clarify on how to do this?
I apologize, as I am a bit new to this site, and I am not very good at technical aspects.

Huh, after reading this, I see that I have to go to my old email to reconfirm it.

is a temporary email I used, because I was concerned about my privacy when I first joined.
I have lost access to it now. Is there any override methods as to confirming the email?
