'no tags' option is missing on Advanced filters

On the Advanced filters section, the ‘no tags’ option is missing from the Tagged filter:

but it is available when filtering by Tags here for instance:

You can use in:untagged to search for topics without tags.

The advanced search interface doesn’t show all possible search filters, but you can find at least most of them in Searching for content effectively - #4 by Moin
