Some system messages keeps in english

Hello,

I have translated some system messages from English to Portuguese, but one of them continues to send notifications in English, even though I have already changed it to Portuguese. Does anyone know why this is happening?

The message is this one: system_messages.welcome_staff.text_body_template
I have already translated it, but a user just received it in English.

I’m not familiar with Discourse’s multilingual features, but other systems will set a locale based on browser options. Is that admin account’s language set to English?
