Unable to trigger the advanced Discobot tutorial

The command @discobot start advanced user isn’t trigger the advanced user tutorial on my site. Discobot just responds with the generic "Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help" reply.

To try to troubleshoot the issue, I’ve checked that:

  • The users are sending the message in a DM
  • They have completed the new user tutorial
  • There’s no error logs related to this

Is there anything else that might be stopping the tutorial from starting?

Hi Alex, try with

  • @discobot start tutorial
    and
  • @discobot start advanced tutorial
