There is a feature that allows forums to display a ‘Powered by Discourse’ badge, which is actually enabled by default. However, it seems that the administrators of the forum you mentioned have chosen to opt out of displaying it.
The great thing about Discourse is that every admin has the flexibility to tailor their forum to meet the unique needs of their community. I don’t think this should be changed, and I doubt it is possible because of all the possibilities of customization.
