While loading a new component on the site, the site is down

Hello. While loading a new component on the site, the site down.

I’m not an expert and I don’t understand why.
Maybe it’s because of the conflict of components. The site has not been updated for more than 5 months and showed such a notification .

Maybe because of this?

Many Components only support the latest commit (or thereabouts).

5 months is a long time not to have updated your site. Updating every one-two months is probably a better regime, especially if on tests-passed

If you have installed a new Component, it may not be compatible (there may be associated errors in the javascript console of the browser?).

Upgrade your site as per your screenshot as a first step to resolution:

If that doesn’t work, disable components temporarily and remove this one:

I think you should update your site from your server as the info suggests. How did you install it in the first place?

Thank you, I solved the problem following the instructions :+1: :+1: :+1:

Perhaps you should mark my response as the Solution? (Confirming someone’s solution as the Solution is not a Solution  )

Hello. I followed these steps. But I still can’t update the site and this notification remains the same

How far did you get? What was the output from each step? Did you get an error message?

I hired a specialist, he said that everything is updated automatically on the server side and nothing needs to be updated. But I still see the error.

I think you need to hire a different specialist or ask them to come here to explain what they tried.
