Has anyone ever integrated with Zoho Desk? We’re moving to ZohoDesk as our ticketing software for our success team, and the only way I can see getting new posts turned into tickets is through Zapier. Was looking to see if anyone has done this and has any advice.
I believe that you’ll need a plugin to do that. I’ve done some work with zoho and have written a plugin for tickets on another system. If you have a budget you can contact me or post in #marketplace. (I’m assuming that you’ve done searches to look for such a plugin.)
I have a client who used Zapier for some other zoho integration and it got very expensive.
